Committee Meetings

The Pacific Masters Swimming Committee is the governing body of Pacific Masters Swimming. The Committee is composed of the organization's officers and club representatives. Its meetings are held monthly, usually on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm, with no meeting in December. Meetings alternate between face-to-face meetings (typically odd numbered months) and conference calls (typically even numbered months), with a large annual meeting on a Sunday in November that involves an optional workout, a workshop, lunch, and an invited speaker. Dinner is offered at face-to-face meetings and is served at 7:00pm. All members of Pacific Masters are welcome to attend any meeting. Meeting agendas should be posted on the website a few days before the meeting. The ability to dial in is available during all meetings; please contact the Pacific Masters Administrator for dial in and webinar instructions.
